Shipping policy

We currently offer shipping to customers within Canada and the contiguous United States (sorry, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time). We want to get you prepared for your next camping trip, that's why we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible and provide tracking numbers with every order. You will receive a confirmation email once we've received your order, and will send you an email with your tracking number once the item has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Canada: Free Standard Shipping on orders $100+ CAD

  • USA: Free Standard Shipping on orders $75+ USD

  • Flat Rate: $15 for all other orders

  • Delivery Time: 3–9 business days via Standard Shipping
