Coghlan's is committed to providing high-quality outdoor products and ensuring customer satisfaction. We stand by the durability and reliability of our products and offer a 1-year limited warranty to protect your purchase. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand the coverage and limitations of our warranty.
Warranty Coverage
Coghlan's 1-year limited warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to all Coghlan's products purchased from authorized retailers.
Warranty Limitations
To be eligible for warranty coverage, products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided by Coghlan's. Any improper use or failure to follow the instructions may void the warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
Warranty Process
If you believe your Coghlan's product is defective and falls within the scope of the limited warranty, please follow these steps:- Contact the original retailers of your purchase to resolve the issue quickly. In most cases, the retailer will be able to assist you with a refund or replacement.
- If the retailer is unable to help you, please submit a ticket to our customer support team within the warranty period. Provide detailed information about the product, the issue you are experiencing, and attach a photo of your proof of purchase.
- Evaluation by Coghlan's: Our customer support team will guide you through the warranty evaluation process. We may request additional information, photographs, or return of the product for assessment.
- Warranty Determination: Coghlan's reserves the right to determine whether the product falls within the scope of the limited warranty. If the defect is deemed to be covered, we will repair or replace the product, or offer a suitable alternative at our discretion. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a credit equivalent to the original purchase price.
Warranty Exclusions
The Coghlan's product warranty does not cover:- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including fading, discoloration, or deterioration due to prolonged use or exposure to elements
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or second-hand sellers
- Consequential or incidental damages
