Return Policy
Purchased something from us that didn’t quite fit your adventure needs? No worries, we’ve got you covered with our hassle-free return policy. Here’s how it works:

14-Day Window: You have 14 days from your purchase date to reach out to request a refund.
- Unused and Original Packaging: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- $10 Flat Rate Return Shipping: You will receive a full refund for the value of your items purchased (excluding the original shipping cost). All returns may be subject to a $10 flat-rate return shipping fee (some exceptions apply).

Note: for orders that arrived with damaged, incorrect, or missing items, we will cover the return shipping costs to correct this.
Important: If you purchased your Coghlan's product from a retailer, please return the product where it was purchased.
Submit a return request
To begin your return request, click the profile icon in the store's navigation to access your account. If you checked out without creating an account, click here and you will be able to log in using a one-time code.
Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Step 1: Log in to your account
- In the Email field, enter your email address and password, and then click Continue.
If you are using the one-time code method, please follow the following steps:
- Enter the email address you placed your order using.
- Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Step 2: Click the order that you want to submit the return for
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
Our team will review your return request within 2 business days and reply to you by email. Additional information may be required such as providing an image of the item.
Step 3: Return your items
- If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. You will be required to secure the item in its original packaging, print the shipping label and drop it off at the nearest Canada Post location.
Step 4: Refund Processing
- After the product is returned, we will inspect the item.
- If the item has been used or is damaged, a full refund will not be issued.
- If the refund is approved, you will receive a refund for the value of the item being returned, minus the $10 flat rate return shipping fee.
Note: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
