One pack of Coghlan's Mesh Repair Patches includes four 3 x 3.5-inch rectangular patches that are made of ultra-fine mosquito mesh. Each patch comes with a double-sided adhesive backing that provides a secure hold.

Step 1: Clean the Surface

Before repairing your ripped mesh, it's a good idea to wipe the affected area clean. This will ensure the patch stays in place over time and maximizes its effectiveness.

Step 2: Size the Patch

Our patches are packed in their largest size, but did you know you can cut them in half for smaller repairs? Before peeling the patch off of the backing, evaluate the size of the repair needed. For large tears, use the full size of the patch. For smaller repairs, cut the patch in half down the visible center line.

Step 3: Apply the Inside Patch

To ensure a clean seal, you will need to place a patch on both sides of the material. Start by applying the inside patch. Simply peel the patch off of the backing, center it over the damaged area, and then press firmly to smooth out any wrinkles.

Step 4: Apply the Outer Patch

Next, peel off the backing of the second patch and line it up carefully to match the position of the first patch. Apply this patch to the outer side of the area being repaired. Press down firmly for a secure seal and smooth out any creases.
