Savory S'mores

Want to spice up snack time with a savory twist on the classic s’more? We know what you’re thinking, why ruin a good thing? Gooey marshmallows, melted chocolate and crunchy graham crackers – it’s a camping staple for a reason. However, for all of you charcuterie board enthusiasts out there, you might want to listen up.

To sum it up, swap the graham crackers for regular crackers, the marshmallow for a piece of cheese “roasted” to gooey perfection over the fire, and the chocolate for cured meats or a spread like fig jam. From sweet n’ salty to spicy n’ savoury, the endless flavor combinations ensure that you can craft a spread that’s got something for everyone. We might go as far to say that savory s’mores are the perfect for a campsite appy to satisfy your inner child – who said s’mores had to be sweet anyway?
