About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in managing and optimizing our online stores to drive sales, enhance the customer experience, and support digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product listings across multiple websites, analyzing website performance, leading our email marketing program, overseeing our Digital Asset Management platform, and coordinating with various teams to ensure our online presence is optimized.
Specific Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon listings through Vendor Central, ensuring listing health and accuracy
- Manage product listings on partner e-commerce websites such as Walmart.com and Walmart.ca
- Maintain and oversee our Digital Asset Management platform (Brandfolder)
- Manage our email marketing programs through Klaviyo
- Monitor and own brand health and monitoring initiatives: respond to reviews and questions online
- Assist in the maintenance of product listings, blogs, and other content on Coghlans.com (Shopify platform)
- Monitor data on online sales and website performance to inform updates
Candidate Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a related field (Business, Marketing, E-commerce)
- 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, particularly in website management, SEO, or e-commerce-related functions
- Experience leading email marketing campaigns and knowledge of data protection regulations
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience working with CMS platforms and updating websites such as Shopify
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency to meet project deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret website data
- A willingness to learn new platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Agency experience is considered an asset
- A passion for camping and outdoor recreation is considered an asset
